The Challenge
CIC Rotterdam, part of the global Cambridge Innovation Center network, was planning a new co-working space in the heart of Rotterdam. The design needed to foster collaboration and innovation while providing flexible workspace solutions for startups, entrepreneurs, and established companies alike.
The visualization had to communicate the dynamic atmosphere and premium quality of the space to potential members and investors, showcasing how the design would facilitate networking and creative collaboration in the Rotterdam business community.
The Solution
We created photorealistic architectural visualizations that captured the essence of the CIC Rotterdam concept. Our approach included:
- Multiple perspectives showcasing different workspace zones and amenities
- Detailed material and finish visualization for interior design decisions
- Natural lighting studies highlighting the Rotterdam cityscape views
- Visualization of collaborative areas, private offices, and event spaces
Special attention was paid to capturing the energy of a thriving innovation hub while maintaining the professional atmosphere expected by enterprise clients.
The Results
The renders became the centerpiece of CIC Rotterdam's investor presentations and pre-lease marketing. Potential members and corporate tenants could see exactly what the finished space would look like months before construction completed, which accelerated the pre-lease pipeline significantly. The visuals were also used in pitch decks for institutional investors, helping communicate the vision for a premium innovation hub in a way that floor plans alone could not. CIC launched in Rotterdam's competitive co-working market with strong pre-lease commitments already in place.
